Yes. Most windshield repairs and replacements are done the same day you call, at our Raleigh shop or at your location across the Triangle.

Where are you located?

1821 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609. We also come to you in Cary, Durham, Wake Forest, Apex and the surrounding Triangle.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes. Our technicians come to your home or office. ADAS calibration is performed at the shop, so replacements that need calibration are scheduled there.

How long does a windshield replacement take?

Installation usually takes 60 to 90 minutes, plus about a 45-minute wait for the adhesive to safely cure before you drive away. We confirm the exact time before we start.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Our installations are backed by our lifetime warranty and our No Leak Guarantee.

Do you work with my insurance?

We work with all major insurance companies and handle the claim for you. Bring your policy details and we take it from there.

Will I pay anything out of pocket?

It depends on your policy. If you have a zero deductible glass policy, you pay $0 out of pocket. Otherwise your deductible applies and we walk you through it before any work starts.

How much does a chip repair cost?

$99 before tax. Many comprehensive policies cover chip repair in full, and we can check yours for you.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options are currently under review. Call us and we will walk you through the payment options available today.

Can my windshield be repaired instead of replaced?

Often, yes. Chips smaller than a quarter and cracks under three inches that are outside the driver's line of sight are usually repairable. Send us a photo and we will tell you.

What is ADAS calibration and do I need it?

The cameras and sensors behind your windshield run lane departure, automatic braking and adaptive cruise. After a replacement they must be recalibrated so they read the road correctly. We do it in house.

Do you use OEM glass?

We offer OEM and OEM-equivalent glass and explain the difference for your vehicle before you decide.

Can you replace back glass, side windows and sunroofs?

Yes. Back glass, door glass, truck glass and sunroof glass, all of it.

How soon can I drive after a replacement?

Usually about 45 minutes — the time it takes for the adhesive to firmly bond your windshield to the frame.
