I replaced a back window in a Yukon today. The job was challenging because the window was large and heavy. I had to remove the old window and install the new one in its place. I also had to make sure that the window was properly sealed and that all the necessary safety features were in place.

I replaced a back glass in a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica. The glass was shattered, and the customer was very upset. I took the time to explain the process to the customer and answer any questions they had. I then removed the old glass and installed the new glass, making sure it was properly sealed. The customer was very pleased with the work and thanked me for my help.
