Excellent service! From my initial email, Desiree, was awesome to work with. The installation quality was very well, and I appreciated that they took the time to reinstall my stickers and dash cam I had on my windshield, that extra level of detail meant a lot. I choose to wait while they replace since I needed the ADAS recalibrated. Their waiting area was very nice and the shop dog was an adorable puppy! While I hope to not need them again, I will definitely choose them again.

Top shelf! Needed windshield replaced, and they did it next day in my driveway. Dana (the installer) was a master! There was no wasted motion in anything he did. Pure confidence in every task he performed. He was very thorough with giving after install instructions to be sure I didn't mess anything up.I would highly recommend McConnell in a heartbeat! I’m very particular about what shops I take my car to but when I called McConnell Auto Glass I was put to ease once Desiree answered the phone. She took the time to explain to me the process of repairing my windshield and telling me the couple options I had. I proceeded to look into those options and everything she told me was 100% true. I scheduled an appointment and got my glass replaced. The process was seamless; the employees were very thorough, had great communication, and did awesome work.
