These guys were a huge help! Me and a co-worker were in town working the Raleigh boat show and we walked out to both trucks the first morning seeing both of ours had been broken in to along with like 15 others at the Home 2 Suites off Chapel Hill Road. Pretty tough way to start the boat show and it ends Sunday and we were looking around to get them fixed before we had to tow boats two hours back. Called around like crazy Friday morning and this was the only place in Raleigh that understood our situation and was willing to help us out. We dropped the trucks off Friday morning and he promised we would be hooked up by the end of the day considering all the snow and ice that was inbound. It took a few trys to finally get my windshield changed, because of rain, but I just csme up to the shop and Adonis and his crew took great care of me. The windshield comes with s lifetime warranty, so hopefully I don't have to come back, but I would ABSOLUTELY recommend these folks to anyone.

Great service and an even better price! Had my 2020 Tacoma windshield replaced and McConnell auto glass was transparent with the initial quote and beat every other quote in Raleigh and Durham. Would recommend to anyone, but especially those who need a ADAS calibration with their windshield replacement.

Restoring a 50 year old truck, needed a windshield, made 1 call, talked to a super helpful guy named Adonis, within 2 days he located 1, he lined up installation and a few days later a great guy named Dana showed up and 1 hour later everything was done great !!! I highly recommend them !!

McConnell Auto Glass did an awesome job!Other places told me my window was on backorder and to call again in 2 weeks.McConnell was able to fix my window the very next day at 9am for cheaper than the other places were quoting. Excellent service! From my initial email, Desiree, was awesome to work with. The installation quality was very well, and I appreciated that they took the time to reinstall my stickers and dash cam I had on my windshield, that extra level of detail meant a lot. I choose to wait while they replace since I needed the ADAS recalibrated. Their waiting area was very nice and the shop dog was an adorable puppy! While I hope to not need them again, I will definitely choose them again.

Fast quick service for an insurance claim on cracked windshield. Called Friday, used the USAA insurance app to direct the repair to McConnell's, and within 15 minutes had the appointment scheduled for Monday. Monday rolls around and in by 10, out by 11:30. Would use again.
