These two guys came out promptly explained to me how long it would take. They fixed the glass very fast and we're on their way. Perfect service for me! I never have time to go into a shop and this really helped me out. I appreciate you guys! These guys work hard and it shows I really appreciate them.

First experience with McConnell Auto Glass. They made everything very easy, even a reschedule. I really appreciated that they gave me an early heads up that a part needed to be re-ordered due to a defect, which meant that they needed to do a last-minute reschedule. To me, that means that they are really doing their due diligence checking to make sure everything is going to go smoothly for the service!

Thank you Mason and Adonis for making my experience so easy and seamless. It’s never great when a rock hits your windshield and leaves a large crack on your glass, but I felt reassured working with both Mason and Adonis. Communication was so professional and they helped answer all my questions from insurance to the timeline and work process. Hopefully I won’t get another crack for a long time, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here.

Service was excellent. I was able to get my windshield repaired for half the price of a big box store. In addition, they completed the service timely and moved all of my stickers over (which was unexpected). Will be using them again!

You can often judge the quality of workmanship by the attention to detail—and Mr. Dana Morgan clearly takes great pride in his craft. Without being asked, he thoughtfully removed the transponder and parking sticker, demonstrating both care and consideration. Although there was a slight delay, it was for a good reason: Mr. Morgan noticed a scratch in the replacement windshield—something I may have overlooked—but he refused to install anything that didn’t meet his high standards. I traveled a hour to get here, but the payback was a level of integrity and professionalism that is rare and greatly appreciated.
